HELLO EVERYONE!!!

This is your Fukushima CIR/PA, Kevin desu! I am going into my second year in the JET Programme and I gotta tell ya, it has been an amazing experience! I know from the media, you have probably heard a lot about the recent incidents that had happened in Fukushima Prefecture and it might make you a bit uneasy. One suggestion to make yourself feel more comfortable is to check the website ( http://www.worldvillage.org/fia/kinkyu_english.php ) and you will see alotta information regarding the incident. However, I still need to congratulate you because YOU are coming to a place full of awesomeness!!!

ABOUT ME: I was originally born in Taiwan and our family immigrated to Vancouver , Canada when I was ten. I became interested in the Japanese culture at a very early stage of my life as I always read comics such as Doraemon, Dragon Ball, Crayon Shin-chan, etc. From there, I became interested in the Japanese language and began studying in university. During my second year, as I wanted to learn and experience authentic Japanese culture, I applied to go on an exchange. I studied in Kyoto for a year and had one of the most amazing experiences in my life. Thus, fancied by the Japanese culture, I have always wanted to come back to Japan for a longer period of time so I decided to hop on to the ship of JET and started the journey to the Oriental. All right, I will stop here because if I say too much, you might lose interest in me (LOL).
